My name is Tina, and I am a Colorado and Michigan based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and helping my clients navigate concurrent mental health conditions and medical complications through a compassion-focused and weight-inclusive lens.
I have experience working with diverse populations— serving rural communities of Central and South America, developing fueling strategies for Officers of the U.S. Special Operations Forces, and leading food demonstrations at local food pantries and after school programs. Additionally, I have nearly a decade worth of combined experience working with adults in partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), and outpatient care for the treatment of eating disorders, and outpatient gastroenterology. I had the honor to be supervised by two wonderful eating disorder nutrition psychotherapists, from whom I learned how to incorporate various therapeutic modalities (including mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and MI) into my practice of evidence-based medical nutrition therapy and whole-person care.
